Girls Dominate Once Again
Like previous years, female students outperformed male students in both the Science and Humanities groups. All top three positions in the Science group were secured by girls, while the Humanities group also saw a female student, Sana Bibi, lead from the front.
Private Schools in the Lead
A major observation in this year’s results was the dominance of private institutions. None of the top three position holders were from government-run Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) schools. This trend has raised concerns about the performance gap between public and private sector education.
Historical Performance
The pass rate this year is slightly higher compared to previous years, showing consistent improvement in academic standards. In 2024, the pass rate was around 86.6%, which has now improved to 88.51%.
Remarks from FBISE Officials
In an official statement, the FBISE Chairperson Dr. Qaisar Alam congratulated all successful students and highlighted the board's efforts in ensuring transparency and fairness during the examination and marking processes.
He also acknowledged the hard work of students, teachers, and parents, while expressing hope for even better performance in the upcoming HSSC (Intermediate) results.
Conclusion
The FBISE Matric Result 2025 has once again reflected the dedication and talent of students across Pakistan. With Maryam Nadeem and Sana Bibi leading the Science and Humanities groups respectively, the nation celebrates a new generation of bright minds prepared to take on future academic and professional challenges.
We wish all students the very best in their journey ahead!
